You’ve built something that works.

✓ You know you can do it better.
Not by working harder.
But smarter.

YOU KEEP CONSIDERING YOUR OPTIONS.

Not more thinking.
But choosing.

THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR YOU.

You don’t feel like yourself.

✓ Not starting over.
But rebuilding confidence.

You’re trying to figure it out.

So you wait.
And think.
And wait again

Hello,
I'm Weronika Littlewood

A different way to move forward

Creator of The LAY IT OUT Method™

Gallup Global Strengths Coach | PCC Coach

I help professionals, founders and leaders make sense of complexity before making important decisions.

Architecture taught me that before you change anything, you need to understand how it's built.

That's exactly how I coach.

Whether you're leading a business, facing a major decision or trying to make sense of what's next, the challenge is always the same.

Too much to think about.

Too little clarity.

Based in London.
Working with clients worldwide online.

When life or work no longer makes sense,

you don't need more advice.

You need a way to see the whole picture.

That's what we do together.

Trusted by professionals
across industries.
Certified by global coaching organisations.

My method

A thinking process you can actually see.

Most people try to solve complexity by thinking harder.

It rarely works.

Because the problem isn't a lack of ideas.

It's that everything stays trapped in your head.

LAY IT OUT™ turns invisible thinking into something you can see, organise and work through.

Instead of jumping between thoughts, you move through a clear process.

One step at a time.

Until the next decision becomes obvious.

When life feels too complex to make the next decision, I help you lay it out.

We map what is actually happening, organise it into something you can understand, and build a direction that fits reality—not wishful thinking.

You don't leave with more motivation.

Thinking becomes clear when you can see it.

Every decision follows four stages:

01 OBSERVE

What's really happening?

We start with reality, not assumptions.

Together we look at your situation from a different perspective. You begin to see the patterns, obstacles and opportunities that have been shaping your decisions all along.

02 UNDERSTAND

How do I naturally work?

We use CliftonStrengths® to help you understand how you naturally think and work.

Once you know your strengths, it's easier to make decisions, solve problems and work in a way that feels right for you.

03 STRUCTURE

What actually matters?

Not everything deserves your attention.

We organise your thoughts into a clear picture, helping you focus on what will make the biggest difference and let go of what won't.

04 DESIGN

What's my next move?

Insight is only useful when you know what to do with it.

Together we define a practical direction that fits your strengths, your goals and your reality.

  • "I arrived with approximately 147 ideas, 83 half-finished plans and the firm belief that thinking about them for another six months would somehow solve everything. It didn't. Weronika somehow managed to untangle the chaos without making me feel overwhelmed or judged.Highly recommended."

    — Marta C.
    Learning & Development Lead

  • "I've worked with coaches before, but Weronika's approach is completely different. She has an incredible ability to take complex thoughts, questions and ideas and turn them into something you can actually see, understand and work through. "

    —Sarah Mitchell
    HR Manager

  • "I had pages of notes, countless ideas and no real direction. Weronika helped me organise everything into a clear picture. Within a few sessions I knew exactly where to focus my energy and what to stop doing."

    Rebecca W.
    CEO

  • "I approached the process with high expectations and a healthy degree of scepticism. Weronika exceeded both. Her structured, evidence-based approach challenged my thinking, brought clarity to complex decisions and delivered real progress from the very first session."

    —Olivia Harper
    Programme Director

What this work is built on?

This work is grounded in positive psychology
and the strengths-based approach developed by Donald Clifton.

It starts from what is already there
in how you think and make decisions.

Tools like CliftonStrengths make this clear
and turn it into practical action.

Assessments

This is the second step of the LAY IT OUT Method™

Before we decide where to go, we need reliable data.

Coaching should never rely on assumptions or intuition alone. It should start with evidence.

That is why assessments are an essential part of my method.

I select them based on your goal, the challenge you want to solve, and the decisions you need to make.

Depending on the situation, I may use assessments including Gallup CliftonStrengths®, JET5, Hogan Assessments, EQ-i 2.0, DISC, and other validated frameworks that provide meaningful data for coaching and development.

Each one answers different questions.

I believe in choosing the right tool for the right person.

Personally, I have completed many of these assessments over the years. They helped me understand myself more deeply, recognise recurring patterns, and make better decisions. That experience is why I trust them—not because they are popular, but because they provide objective data that coaching conversations alone cannot always reveal.

Although I use different assessments depending on the coaching goal, Gallup CliftonStrengths® remains my primary tool. It is built on more than 50 years of research into human strengths and positive psychology, offering a scientifically grounded understanding of how people naturally think, feel and perform. I value it because it shifts the conversation from fixing deficits to developing what already creates excellence.

This is the second step of The LAY IT OUT Method™

I chose to work with Gallup CliftonStrengths®

Not because it’s popular

but because it’s used
by leading organisations
around the world.

Programs

One journey
Three levels of transformation.

Every programme solves a different stage of the same problem.

First you understand yourself.

Then you learn to communicate your value.

Finally, you use that clarity to make better decisions about what comes next.

You don’t choose a program.

You choose
how far you want to go.

LEVEL ONE

Own Your Strengths

When everything feels uncertain, confidence doesn't come from thinking harder.

It comes from understanding how you naturally think, decide and solve problems.

Perfect if you:

✓ keep second-guessing yourself

✓ feel overwhelmed by too many thoughts

✓ don't know what to trust anymore

✓ want to understand how you naturally make good decisions

✓ need a clear foundation before making bigger changes

Imagine

...finally trusting yourself without needing constant reassurance.

You understand your strengths, recognise your thinking patterns, and stop questioning every decision.

Stage One – Understand Yourself

WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON?

Understand how you think.

Being visible isn't about working harder.

It's about knowing the value you already create and communicating it clearly.

Perfect if you want to:

✓ struggle to explain what makes you different

✓ know you're capable of more but others don't see it

✓ want your strengths recognised

✓ want to communicate your value naturally

✓ want opportunities to find you

Imagine that

...people immediately understanding the value you bring.

Instead of trying to prove yourself, your strengths become obvious in the way you communicate and work.

Stage Two – Express Your Value

HOW DO I CREATE MORE VALUE?

Apply your strengths.

LEVEL TWO

Become Impossible to Ignore

Big decisions become difficult when everything feels equally possible.

Together we lay everything out, organise the complexity, and design your next move with clarity.

Perfect if you want to:

✓ you're facing an important decision

✓ you have too many options

✓ you feel stuck between different directions

✓ you don't want to make another decision you'll regret

✓ you want clarity before taking the next step

Imagine...

...knowing exactly what your next move is.

Not because someone told you what to do.

Because you can finally see the whole picture.

Stage Three – Design Your Direction

WHERE AM I GOING?

Choose your next direction.

Every journey starts in the same place.

Not with answers.

With understanding.

Before you decide what to do next, you need to understand how you naturally think, solve problems and make decisions.

That's why every programme begins with the same foundation.

From there, your journey depends on what you're trying to achieve.

You don't have to decide the whole journey today.

You only have to decide where to begin.

LEVEL THREE

Design Your Next Move

Who this is for

Who this is not for

Not for you

You’re looking for CV help, job search, or quick results.

You prefer surface-level coaching focused on motivation rather than real self-understanding.

You look for simple answers
instead of understanding what truly fits you.You treat coaching as a shortcut, not a process.

You want quick career advice without going deeper into who you are.

You’re not ready to act
on what becomes clear.

You’ve built business or career. But it doesn’t feel right anymore.

For you

You are ready for depth, not surface-level advice.
And you are willing to look at what is real even if it challenges your current thinking.

You’re ready to look deeper at your strengths, patterns, and what truly drives you.

You don’t want generic advice — you want clarity that actually fits you.

You have options
but no clear way of choosing between them.

“After working extensively with Weronika over several months I have been absolutely blown away by her commitment and desire to really help people succeed. Her knowledge, expertise and training ability within this area are very strong as well as her all round professionalism

Jay Hastings

This is what changes.

This is why I do what I do. Recommended by the people who matter most.

Working with Weronika changed so much more than I expected.

I trust myself more, I don't overthink every decision anymore, and life just feels... lighter.

The biggest surprise was that it didn't end when the sessions ended.

I still hear Weronika's questions in my head when I'm making decisions.

I even signed my son up before university.

We understand each other so much better now.

That has been priceless.”

— Marta M._

“I booked the sessions because I felt stuck in my career.

I honestly wasn't sure what I needed.

I just knew something wasn't working anymore.

Instead of trying to "fix" my career, I started understanding myself.

That explained so many of the choices I'd been making.

I make decisions very differently now.

They're quicker, calmer, and they actually feel like my decisions.

—Eva C._

“I came back from maternity leave thinking I'd just pick up where I left off.

Instead, I felt completely lost.

I knew how to do my job, but it just didn't feel right anymore.

When I found Weronika, I didn't really know what I needed. I just knew I couldn't keep feeling like that.

What surprised me most was how practical it was.

It wasn't just talking. There were assessments, exercises, and things to write down that made me stop and really think.

That's when I started seeing things about myself I'd never noticed before”

—Elena R._

How We Can Begin

Right now, it probably feels like this:

You've been thinking about making a change for a while.

Going round in circles.
Trying to figure it all out on your own.

But nothing feels truly clear.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You just need a place to begin.

In a free 20-minute conversation, we'll explore where you are right now, what's feeling unclear, and what's keeping you stuck.

There's nothing to prepare. Just bring yourself.

By the end of our conversation, you'll have greater clarity, a fresh perspective, and a clearer sense of your next step..

After this conversation, something shifts.

You see your situation differently.
What felt complicated becomes clearer.
